All products sold by PepToMax are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or consumption. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified purchaser using the products lawfully for research.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock or where a pricing error has occurred. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch.

Prices are shown in euros and may change without notice. We take care to price accurately, but if an obvious error is identified we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepToMax is not liable for any misuse of products or for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Responsibility for safe, lawful handling rests with the purchaser.

These terms are governed by applicable European Union law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which PepToMax operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
