A straightforward returns policy
We stand behind the integrity of every batch. If something is not right with your order, here is how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
Because our products are supplied for laboratory research use, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety and integrity reasons, opened or tamper-seal-broken vials cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Starting a return
Email support@peptomax.eu with your order number and the items you would like to return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within one business day.
Refund timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Cold-chain & integrity
Certain peptides are temperature-sensitive. We ship with appropriate protection, but if you believe a product was compromised in transit, do not use it — contact support and we will make it right.
