Dispatch times
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery windows are estimated from dispatch and shown per destination below. Exact tracked estimates for your address are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping costs
Free delivery is available on orders of 299 € or more. Below that threshold a flat tracked-shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

All shipments use plain, unbranded outer packaging with no references to the contents on the exterior. Your privacy is treated as a default, not an add-on.
